Commission:

0TimeOffice will direct the landlord to reduce our commission by one-half and provide you with free rent or workletter credit, or 0TimeOffice will co-broke with a licensed broker as you direct us.

How do we do it? 0TimeOffice restructures the business model and flow of commission revenue within the traditional brokerage model as follows:

1. Today, traditional brokers who represent the tenant receive a full commission.
2. As agent, 0TimeOffice agrees to receive 20% less than a traditional broker and if there is no co-broker will direct the landlord to reduce the 0TimeOffice commission by one-half and simultaneously direct that savings to the tenant in the form of free rent or workletter credit.
3. 0TimeOffice will also pay 10% of a full commission from its share to a licensed referring broker (if any).
4. Additionally, a tenant can direct 0TimeOffice to co-broker with another licensed broker (in this example one-half of the savings).
5. A broker can earn both a referral fee (paid by 0TimeOffice) and commission dollars through co-brokering with 0TimeOffice (in this example the tenant allocated 75% of its savings). A broker could potentially earn 50% of a full commission.
